you should add the funktion .”add -swe tex or short for the luanguage the file hade been translatede to and auto save in the same map it was loaded upp from

Two suggestions for this issue:
1) First is to try some other play. Like I use KMPlayer, and it works best with Unicode files.
2) The second thing you can try is encoding the file in ANSI. You can do this online, or can also do it yourself in Notepadd++
First of all great job. I want to use you tool to convert subtitles from English language to Urdu language, The file is converted successfully. The problem is that I am unable to see Urdu translated subs in VLC mediaplayer successfully. Moreover I have installed Urdu fonts in my machine. I have also tried different subs settings in VLC player like setting Default encoding to UTF-8 and font to Jameel Noori Nastaleeq but no luck. Can you help with that?
I myself had problem playing the Urdu subtitles in VLC Player. I personally use KMPlayer, and likes its overall interface and features. Plus this plays Urdu subtitles fine, so an added plus.

Unfortunately, you can’t edit the new lines using my editor. However, there are following two editors, which I think can do what you are looking for:
