Amazingly, I just gave it a try and it worked perfectly, 1st shot. Funny because I had tried many times for about 10 minutes, right before my previous comment1? Seems to be all good now.
Been having the same problem for a couple of days. I’m using Mozilla Sea Monkey and/or Firefox (latest versions).
After dropping the file, the sub’s text appears but the Language choice boxes never appear. Reloading the page would revert me to the page with the upload box, so I closed the tab and used a new tab. I was trying to translate about 10 files, so I opened multiple simutaneous tabs, of which about every 3rd one would work correctly. Sometimes a Bing translate box would appear just before the language choices boxes. That was on the 19th…today, I can’t get it to work at all. Hope this helped.
Can’t select the languages (from –> to?) tried many times. Looks like a bug has been instaled there. Not working anymore. Can you fix it? Thank you, for your excelent solutions…so far.
What browser you use most of the time? What happens if you just hit the refresh button on the browser once the page is loaded. Does it work next time. Sorry for the trouble, few other users are complaining about this too, but I can’t seem to reproduce the issue. Once isolated, I will try to fix this at priority.
I’m not getting the option to choose the language FROM — TO, it’s happening for a few days and a tried diferent browsers and diferent computers. Thank You.
brother, i am notgetting option of “from” and “to” language button.. there is just written “loading” in From tab, and its taking sooooo much time and its still same
Sometime, the API call doesn’t return back due to various internet issues. Can you please try loading this page again (or try another browser). And if the problem still persist, please let me know.
Hello Syed…
I’ve been using it for years now, it’s been the best of all for subtitle translate. But one request, please put back the “Drop File” page after downloading the subtitle file so that we can easily put another subtitle file (especially for series movie). Thanks a lot…
Thank you great program, and now can edit translation…,but if i edit a translation, and i am whit job on a half(have something to do and must close the computer),how can continue edit that subtitle, after some time?
That’s an interesting scenario, and currently the only workaround for this solution is to download the intermediate file, and then re-upload it next time. I know it’s not very friendly option, but I ran into some copyright problems with pirated sub-titles files in past, so afraid to allow storage of any subtitles on my server.
Thank you ,i solve the problem, open english subtitle whit notepad, and translate subtitle whit notepad++(in that you can edit) and placed side by side, two windows and it works 🙂
