I tried this web application to translate the same .srt file from my PC. But the result is so different to what I do with Python script using Google Translate API. I also tried SubtitleEdit which has Google translation module as well and the result is same to my Python work. So I guess the translation API on this site is not Google’s. ๐
Greetings Admin, I just started using this great tool, Dynamic Subtitle Translator, and am happy with the results for the most part. I am having one problem with downloading the srt file. the system seems to be cutting the last line. Is there limitation to the size or lines of the srt file.
Hello! Even if you mark the option to encode the new file, when running the video, all words that contain accented characters, they can not be displayed correctly. I’m trying to translate my subtitles from english to portuguese. Can you help me?
Hi. I translate half of a movie and at one point lined up, the program itself, the sentences from right to left. I tried to give him aligning from left to right, but it doesn’t work….
Same problem here. The Save-As button is disable, also the Options button. The only one active is the “New” Button, and I donยดt want to lose my progress in the translation ๐ .
Can you please let me know the problem in little more detail i.e. file doesn’t download, fails with an error or something else? Does the Save-As button remains disabled?
when i click save, it always says “failed – network error”.
and when i resume download, the srt turns into “save-as-file.txt” and it’s just a blank file.
Thanks, I just tried this, and it worked fine for me. However, you are not alone, some others are complaining about the issue as well, so, I know something is wrong there. But if I can some how reproduce this, I will try to fix this at priority.

Any specific error you get i.e. translation doesn’t work or having problem downloading the file?

dont work stable on Firefox but work with minor bug on edge(i must start trad in deutch for after select french otherwise dont work)

Language TO: box doesn’t ever appear after dropping SRT file. Text appears but you can’t choose what to translate it into.
Try reloading the page, and see if it works this time.
I had the same problem with Firefox. Tried the same thing with MS Edge, and it worked perfectly.
Can you try to reload and see if it works? Also, try accessing the page directly from this URL, and see if it works:

It is not possible to translate file 210 kb big, why?
The only limit is by Google on number of lines which can be translated per page in single session. May be that is the case.
