Few other users have also reported this problem, and I’m currently investigating this one. Just one question, when you see this error, what you get in the top URL bar? Can you please share this info so that I can debug this accordingly.
I fixed on similar problem yesterday. When did you last tried this? If this is recent issue, what file format you are using or from where you downloaded that subtitle file?

What Video player you are using? Can you try this with latest version of the VLC player?

the url is http://www.syedgakbar.com/projects/dst/save-as-file ,and i found out that its showing this only on limitless 01×19 english subs from addic7ed , something is wrong whit the subs
