also an other thing i also cannot see the translate options if i open it al is white only when selected it is visible.
and also a part of the window is not on the screen, so i cannot ever get to the option dutch.
that scrolling you said i also did, and also did not work.
indeed it is mention already. but why is this now, that it only translate a little bit of text, and the rest is not.
this happend afther , when your server was very slow the last time.
I’m sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, the restriction where you have to scroll to translate is with Google Translator widget, and I can’t think of any legal way to avoid that. Can you try the Bing instead?
BTW, when you try Bing, please close the Google translation bar. I think that’s the reason you are seeing all white in the translation panel. I hope this helps.
Hi !
Very nice soft. First time i’m experiencing problem : i have a simplified chineese SRT file and the “auto detect” does not work. I cannot change it. I tried with IE and FF. Could you fix it ? Thanks for your work !
Hey1
Great tool. I use it all the time
For some reason, the script is not getting translated all the way to the bottom. You have to scroll down to make it happen.
I remember this happened some time ago also and you’ve got it fixed.
Alex.
TechCrunch USA:
Tech giants Google, Microsoft and Facebook are all applying the lessons of machine learning to translation, but a small company called DeepL has outdone them all and raised the bar for the field.
Its translation tool is just as quick as the outsized competition, but more accurate and nuanced than any we’ve tried.
Where can we donate to help you keep the site alive and make it better?

very good
hello, since a few days not all lines are being translated to dutch, they stay in english languages.
Looks like you need to scroll through all the subtitles to get these translated before downloading the file. Hope that helps.
Regards, Akbar
very good
Thank you for this tool online,it works great.
When we download a subtitle it always comes in .txt and not .srt
Can you try to find a way to fix this it’d be really great! thanks
SRT file is a text file. So, may be all you need to do is to chnge back the extension from .txt to .srt and see if this works correctly?

Rom,
Sorry about the issue. Unfortunately, with Google widget, I have to rely on auto detection feature. Can you try Bing and see if this works better?

Alex,
This is a known limitation for Google Translate widget. You can try using Bing and see if that works better for you.
