As you may have guessed, adjusting time requires some dedicated design and changes for this tool to be of any actual/practical use. There are many other online free tools which specifically do this. Is it possible to make it work with Russian subtitles? Right now, Russian characters are not being read correctly so the translate fails.
Sure, it should work fine with Russian subtitles too. Do you know the text encoding of your subtitles file? If it’s UTF-8, it should work fine. If it’s not, you need to first convert this to UTF-8 (there are few online tools which can do this for you). If still run into issues, please do let me know.
