This usually happens when some of the translation widget fails to load correctly. Can you try refreshing your page, and if the problem persist, can you please try latest Chrome or Firefox browser?
Either this is some encoding issue, or you don’t have correct font installed. Does it show correct font if you view this file in notepad or some other text editor?

Why?? It’s a normal srt file.
