This is a great program. When I can’t find English subtitle, I download Spanish, dutch or french and then i translate it to English. It works quite well. Some words or phrases may be weird but overall it is very good.

why are the translated text alter the time a few seconds ahead for each line . it was not so before but the last month it has been so evry time a translade eng to swe??
Is this happening for all the subtitles you are translating, or it happens with only few? May be some some line spacing or other issue is causing the problem trouble? Is it possible to share a copy of subtitles file with which you are having problem?
Is so easy change the language on subs SRT ( you has a big list language translater) because exist people like you that created this wonderful prgs and don’t worry in give it, to movies-web comunity. Thanks again.

When you try to translate what happens? Is it fail with some error message, or seem to be stuck somewhere? As this uses the Google Translation, so ideally should work fine.

For the character display issue, does the arabic characters appears bad on website, or only during the movie play? If during move play, what player you are using? Can you try this with VLC Player?
