I tried this web application to translate the same .srt file from my PC. But the result is so different to what I do with Python script using Google Translate API. I also tried SubtitleEdit which has Google translation module as well and the result is same to my Python work. So I guess the translation API on this site is not Google’s. 🙂

Language TO: box doesn’t ever appear after dropping SRT file. Text appears but you can’t choose what to translate it into.
Try reloading the page, and see if it works this time.
I had the same problem with Firefox. Tried the same thing with MS Edge, and it worked perfectly.
Can you try to reload and see if it works? Also, try accessing the page directly from this URL, and see if it works:
