coloquei uma SRT para traduzir do turco e não fez a respectiva tradução. Tb coloquei uma outra e deu esta mensagem:Failed to load all required files. Please try re-loading the web-page. O que pode ter acontecido?
Sorry for the trouble. It looks like some connectivity issues when loading the website. Are you trying to use Google Translate? In any case, I think if you just reload/refresh the web-page, it should fix itself.
If the problem persists, please let me know what browser and operating-system you are using, and I will try to reproduce it on similar setup.
Hi! Thanks for your nice translator! I want to report an error: i was translating from chinese with Deepseek, got a message “All subtitles tanslated”, but all of them stayed in chinese.
Thanks for reporting this back to me Nadya and apologies for the trouble. I see that one of your translation request failed, but then you were never charged for that. If you can share with me either the Order Number or the file-name where you had the problem, I can look into this issue promptly.
I’m also happy to issue full refund once I get the detail of the order where you were having problem.
Sorry for the trouble Ky Le. May I know what translator you are using? If you can describe the problem in a bit more detail, I will try to fix that promptly.
What a great service you’ve built, thank you so much for constructing this website!
May I ask if it is possible to target only one specific language to translate if the source subtitle has multiple languages in it? For instance, I want to only translate words that are in Simplified Chinese into Traditional Chinese, from a subtitle file that also contains some English words in it, which I’d like to have them remain intact.
Interesting feature request you have. May I ask what translator you are using? If you are using any LLM based translators (Gemini, Chat-GPT, etc), you can also give “Additional Instructions” in “Prompt Extension” dialog. You can then instruct the translator to do something along these lines – a plain English instruction is enough. I’m not sure it’s going to work 100% correctly, but there are good chances that you may achieve some good results. Hope this helps.
