Hi Akbar
Thank you for your sub projects.
It helps me with some German movie that doesn’t have English sub.
I think it’s working well with Spanish to – English sub
The German sounds with the translation is pretty much accurate.
But when I try English to Indonesia it’s all messed up.
Maybe because of the Google Translate thing.
I haven’t try any other language though
Thank you
Is it very large file? There is some limitation from Google service on how much text page on page can be translated. But I think it works fine for most of the subtitle files.
Can you please make sure that JavaScript is enabled? If that’s the case, try to reload this a few times. Some times, the Google Translate API load fails, resulting the reported scenario. If this happens consistently, can you please check if you can use the Google Translate service from your browser?
thanks , i like it simpe and easy but i wish u cann add some featuers on it like , multi translate file intro more than language a te the same time and download all and name the file for it language , caus i need to translate 1 file into 10 language more than time this my work :)))
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, multi file translations is not possible at the moment due to some technical limitations. May be in future, when a free and powerful API is available for translation, this can be supported.
Currently automatic translation is only supported by Google Translate. However, once the Subtitles are uploaded, these can be manually edited as well. So, if this is what you prefer, you can try that.
hi Akbar, thanks alot for this useful and easy tool, but i found some problem if I try to replace texts translation with the new/ correct one it becomes double in one line (new fist then old text) could you fix it.
Thanks for the feedback. Regarding the issue of incorrect export after translation editing, I just tried this and can’t reproduce the problem. Can you reproduce this for all the files you tried? Also, do you see the issue during editing too i.e. two lines appear, or it only appears in the exported SRT file?
Thanks for the feedback. No, at the moment multiople files are not support due to some limitation of the Google Translation service. May be once they increase limit on their service usage, this can be look into.
Very easy to use.
The first line gets dropped. If original starts with Line 1 then translated file starts with line 2.
To omit this I have to create a new line 0. Some flaw in the program?
Thanks for the feedback, some others have reported similar issue too, but haven’t been able to reproduce this issue yet. May be this is due to some particular file encoding. Can you let me know what is the encoding of the file you are using? Or may be you can also send me a copy of that file for debugging.
thanks great site
this is great guys . appreciated
Can I translate English subtitles into Urdu ?..Hassan
Yes, sure. But the quality is not that great as it’s just a machine translation. But worth a try.
Regards, Akbar

I use this a lot because it is awesome. However, I am curious what the common reasons are for getting a red X / — ?
You mean when uploading file? If yes, this may be due to some connection error. If frequently get this error, can you please send a screenshot?

Hi,
Can we use our own translation instead of Google translate?
Sunil,
Currently automatic translation is only supported by Google Translate. However, once the Subtitles are uploaded, these can be manually edited as well. So, if this is what you prefer, you can try that.

I just found it 1 minute ago, and love it more then any other translater only after these few seconds! Keep up this great work!
If you need mirror sites, hosts, let me know. Would be glad to mirror this service!
Vincent,
Thanks for the nice feedback, and appreciate the mirroring offer. I will think about this.

Wow, that is very cool and useful (and works).
The text is white as is the background so I can’t see it.
Shitake,
Is this for the translated subtitles or the overall site? If you can pin point the location, I will try to improve that part.
Regards, Akbar
