    I made a wire transfer about an hour ago, my acocunt was debited, but the translation wasn’t done.

      I’m sorry for the trouble Sylwia. Unfortunately, I don’t see any translation record in the system against your user recently. You last translation was in the November. By any chance, do you remember/have the order number or the filename so that I can search accordingly in the system to see what went wrong here?
